regain and maximise necessary skills for independent living in the community.

We aim to work in accordance with the Health & Social Care Act 2014 and our quality is ISO 9001:2015 certified. We have an established professional track record since 2005 in supporting service users with high, medium, and low-level mental health needs. Hence, our clients maintain as much as possible, long periods of stable mental state, preventing frequent hospital admissions.

We strive to provide excellent service for service users, from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds, using the person-centered approach until our desired outcome of improved quality of health, wellbeing, and independence is achieved.
We work in collaboration and partnership with service user families, service user support system, and other providers of health and wellbeing services to ensure that we continue to deliver bespoke service to our service users.
The purpose of Tender Heart Support Services is to offer opportunities for improving and sustaining the quality of life of people who require additional support to maintain and promote their independence in the community.
Our service is run by highly experienced members of staff who are professionally qualified in the provision of Support and Care services.
